Ahoy Parents -

Just a few things for tonight's meet.

• The meet is at 6:30 pm and warm ups begin at 6.  Please have your swimmer(s) at the pool by 5:45.  If you're helping with setup please arrive by 5 pm.
• Please help the meet to run smoothly by keeping your kiddos in the swimmer's "tent" area.  If you and your child need or want to sit together, please move your chair to the tent area.  Swimmer's can not wait for their event outside of the tent area.  Last week our tent parent found that several times she had to call and look for swimmers that should have been in the tent area.
• Remember to write events on your swimmer and please write their age and name in large letters vertically down their left arm (first name, last initial).  Tent parents need to be able to see this easily from a far distance.
• Food trucks tonight are La Flaca Taqueria and Chocolate Artworks (menus attached).  We would also like to invite everyone to go to the Ice Cream Station after the meet.

Parents, thank you for all you do to help make this team run.  We COULD NOT do this without heavy parent involvement.  You have all stepped up and done whatever has been asked.  We truly appreciate you and your willingness to be together this summer.
