Hey Pirates! It's hard to believe, but our first meet is next Thursday! The most important thing we need you to do in preparation for the meet is to go into Swimtopia (app or website) and ...

1. Let us know if the swimmer(s) will be attending the meet. 

-This is done by clicking on the specific meet (this week is "2025 Poinsettia and HPW at Wellington Green" on May 22)

- Click on "Meet Signup"

- Click on each swimmers name individually and choose "Attending this meet" or "Not attending this meet"

2. Choose the events each swimmer will participate in

- You can choose up to 3 individual events

- Choose whether they are available for relays (we would encourage relay participation, it's the most exciting/fun part)

This has to be done by the Sunday before each meet (that is this coming Sunday for this week). If you do not login and select that the swimmer is attending, they will be unable to participate. Unfortunately sign ups are time sensitive and there isn't much we can do on the administrative end once that time period is up.

PS - Parents, please don't forget to complete any training for volunteer jobs you are potentially willing to fill. If you've never been a part of a swim meet the lowest pressure position to fill is that of a timer, so we'd love it if everyone can complete that training.
