Hello PST Families!

My name is Megan Crump, this season’s Volunteer Coordinator for the Poinsettia Pirates Swim Team! I’m looking forward to working with all of our families to help make this a fun, organized, and successful swim season for our swimmers.

As many of you know, our swim team depends on parent and family volunteers to keep meets running smoothly. If you are new to volunteering or would like to become trained for a volunteer position, SAIL provides helpful educational materials and training resources here:

Please take a few minutes to review the available positions and training information. Please complete any trainings you believe you would like to volunteer for this season.  Many roles are easy to learn, and some positions may require certification or additional training.

Volunteering is a wonderful way to support the team, meet other families, and be part of your swimmer’s summer experience. I’ll be sharing more information soon about volunteer sign-ups and opportunities for upcoming meets. I'll also be at most practices if you have any other questions about volunteer opportunities.
