Poinsettia Pirates Swim Team

We have been asked by Poinsettia neighborhood to remind everyone that you are NOT to let anyone into the pool gate. THIS INCLUDES SWIM TEAM members. Everyone should have a key. Thanks for your cooperation.

Former swimmer, Jodi Ogle just swam in wave 1 of trials! She made finals in the 200 Back! You can watch her swim tonight at 9pm on NBC!!

No practice today! An email will go out later w/ important info so stay tuned! We will add AM practices starting Monday. More info in the impending email. :)

•Coconut or olive oil can remove SOME permanent marker from skin •If u love it label it. All of the swim caps look-alike. Write small initials inside the cap.

Don’t forget to RSVP by noon today for the Season Kick-off party. The team will provide pizza and drinks after the meet! We just need to know how much pizza to buy. See you all there!

Team suits ordered thru Alpine are in. I will have them at practice on Monday and at the meet on Tuesday. Thank you, Amy McGrail for picking them up for us!

We have had a GREAT start to this summer! A few announcements for the next week!

1. Thursday, May 27 practices are as follows due to an event at the pool

- 5:00-5:30 8&under and new 9-10 year olds

- 5:30-6:15 returning 9-10 and 11-12 

- 6:15-7:00 13…

Practice times are as usual tonight. YSSC clinics are held during regular practice; except for 8 and unders and new 9-10s who may attend the 6:00 clinic.
